How does billing work?

Choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly saves you two full months — pay for 10, get 12. No long-term contracts. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

What happens if I go over my student cap?

You’re never cut off. Students above your plan’s cap are billed at a small per-student rate at the end of each cycle. It’s always cheaper than upgrading until you consistently need the next tier.

What counts as an “active” student?

Any student with at least one check-in, class, or grading event in the last 90 days. Students who stop showing up stop counting toward your cap automatically.

How does the parent app subscription work?

Parents can subscribe to a companion training app for their child. You keep a share of every subscription — 35–75% depending on your plan tier. It’s a new revenue stream, not a cost to you.

Can you help migrate from another platform?

Yes. Free migration is included with every plan. We handle the data transfer so you don’t lose student records, belt histories, or billing info.

What if I want to cancel?
